The point is to have fun

Race weekend doc will be emailed to runners 2 weeks post race

As the race is a point to point, we will be all bussing runners from the finish line to the start. (5 minute ride) No parking, spectators, or runner drop off is allowed at the start. The start line is our little private celebration before diving into the pain cave! Your bib will be your ticket on for a bus ride, and you can only take on the bus what you plan on carrying on the run.

Parking All parking will be at the Mt. Judah Lodge parking lots at Sugar Bowl and will be clearly marked.

Packet Pickup is Friday, July 25th at Tahoe Mountain Sports in Truckee. No pickup on race morning.

Race Start Time is 7AM sharp. Busses will begin running at 6AM and runners who get on the busses early will be rewarded with extra tickets for the raffle. There will be limited bathroom access at the start, so use the porta potties at the finish area before getting on the bus.

Aid Station

Race Photos will be included in your entry fee. We’ll have photographers throughout the course to get shots of you on various peaks and course points, available for download the week after the race.

Finisher Item Custom Mountain Tiger hat + a pair of darn tough socks. To be collected at packet pickup.

Awards we have some great podium awards by gender, as well as a SICK batch of raffle awards that all runners are qualified to win.

Finish Line Village Retail gives you the chance to shop from local businesses, race sponsors, hit the Ascent Tahoe recovery tent and some limited Mountain Tiger merch.

Finish Food Buckhorn BBQ will be there with their food truck offering Tri Tip sandwiches and sides to purchase.

Race Tattoos - Our friends from Snowy Mountain Tattoo in Truckee will be on site giving free (tips encouraged!) race tattoos to finishers. First come first served!
